The strength and conditioning center philosophy "Real exercise for Real people." Our strength and conditioning center offers an integrated training environment with equipment which ranges from traditional fixed plane isolated movement exercises to Olympic platforms where more integrated training and multiple exercises can be performed for convenience and space efficiency.

Welcome to the Family Life Center Strength and Conditioning Program. This program is intense, movement-based, and designed to achieve results.
The outcome of this program include an improved level of fitness and athleticism, which will enable the participant to function more effectively in everyday life. This program is designed for an average healthy adult in his or her 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s.
Training sessions are 3 days per week for 75 minutes each. Sessions include an active dynamic warm-up, strength training or energy system development, and core training.
The goals of this program are:
- Improved cardiovascular fitness
- Improved strength
- Improved movement capabilities such as flexibility, stability, balance and coordination
- Reduced risk of injury
- Improved body composition, shape and definition
Youth Strength & Conditioning Program
The Family Life Center also offers a Youth Strength and Conditioning Program. This program is targeted to ages 13-17. Training sessions are 3 days per week for 75 minutes each.
Youth Strength and Conditioning is essential for getting your child to their true potential. This will give your child a great advantage and will help build a strong foundation of agility, speed, endurance, power, strength, and flexibility. This program takes athletes through a proper progression of exercises to build power, strengthen muscles and increase endurance.
